Virtual Learning
Starting on Monday, August 31, 2020 all students will have access to evening support. There are two ways students can seek support: request individual virtual tutoring appointments between 1:15 PM - 5:30 PM and/or attend open zoom tutoring hours 6:00 PM -7:30 PM Monday through Friday. Visit our virtual tutoring website for more information and video tutorials on common subject areas.
OUSD is proud to announce our ongoing Virtual Family Academy series, open to all parents, guardians, grandparents, and other caregivers. Check back here regularly for announcements of upcoming academies.
If you missed any of the previous Parent Academy workshops on Aeries, Blackboard & Rapid ID, SeeSaw, Google Classroom, Apex, Benchmark/GoMath, iReady, Online Resources and Virtual Supports, Behavioral Support Strategies for Virtual Learning, or Digital Citizenship, you can watch recordings of the sessions on our OUSD YouTube channel.

The Parent Resources for Virtual Learning Guide has easy to follow videos and tutorials in English and Spanish for the various platforms and programs students will utilize during virtual learning.

For those with access to a digital device, all of our district programs can be accessed through the OUSD Portal.
We have also provided directions on how to access Rapid ID from any device via OUSD website and directions on how to log in to Rapid ID
OUSD uses a system to send messages via text, phone and email. Make sure you have your correct information in the Aeries portal to ensure consistent communication from teachers, schools and district.
