Virtual Learning

tutoring with virtual support teachers

Starting on Monday, August 31, 2020 all students will have access to evening support. There are two ways students can seek support: request individual virtual tutoring appointments between 1:15 PM - 5:30 PM and/or attend open zoom tutoring hours 6:00 PM -7:30 PM Monday through Friday. The Parent Resources for Virtual Learning Guide has easy to follow videos and tutorials in English and Spanish for the various platforms and programs students will utilize during virtual learning.

Need help with technology?  Is your student's device broken?  The OUSD Service Desk is here to assist you.  Call 760-966-4444 (English) or 760-966-4443 (Spanish) between 7:30-4:00 Monday through Friday.

District Digital Programs

For those with access to a digital device, all of our district programs can be accessed through the OUSD Portal.

We have also provided directions on how to access Rapid ID from any device via OUSD website and directions on how to log in to Rapid ID

OUSD uses a system to send messages via text, phone and email.  Make sure you have your correct information in the Aeries portal to ensure consistent communication from teachers, schools and district.
